Paradise Cuban Restaurant is Marathon’s little slice of Cuba — a family-run spot at 2603 Overseas Highway where the cooking is authentic, the portions are generous, and the room hums with happy diners. Chef Dan and Doris started with the essentials and went straight for the classics.
